Garth and Penelopy are one of the awesome duo's we recently met! Penelopy is a 3 year old dog who loves belly rubs and talking to anyone who is around. Her human Garth designs and carves amazing sticks for walking and decoration. Penelopy received a jacket, sweater, boots, bowl, and sleeping mat. It was a joy watching Garth choose the 'clothing' for Penelopy!  He was laughing and telling her how pretty she was and it was obvious how much getting these items meant to him!
